“THE EPICUREAN MARINER”: Garlic Butter Squid takeaway

Garlic Butter Squid Takeaway

Have you ever considered preparing a recipe strictly for fish?… Well here is that recipe which is sure to prove to good to refuse.. For fish only of course.

Take some very fresh squid and proceed to cut into fine strips. Cut to approx 2 inch lengths and put aside for now. 250 grams is plenty for now.

Take around 5 x garlic cloves and mince up very finely… Take a tub of margarine and empty into a larger sturdy plastic container.

Now take your sqid strips and garlic and add contents to the margarine and mix the lot in.

Put lid on finished product and put into fridge to allow infusion overnight.

Next day this can be used as bait for saltwater species of fish. The most common fish I have caught with this bait is flathead… THEY GO CRAZEE over it!!!

I have caught several flathead with this moorish bait…..
